Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Maximus was adopted and returned after being in his home for 2 years. The family lost their home and was living in a motor home for a year. He wasn't getting much excercise and was getting antcy with the living situation. He killed the cat when left unattended so the owner decided to surrender him so he could get a betting living situation.
Maximus is a nice young quiet boy. He is very friendly, knows how to sit, shake hands and has learned the dog door. He gets along with all his kennel mates and walks well on a lead. He takes treats nicely and would make anyone a great companion.
This beautiful rottie was found on 4th of July in Lake Kiowa by a couple of women at the lake. No collar, probably less than a year old. Long story short - he is presently sleeping in a big kennel in my office where it is cool and he has been in the house most of the day. As you can see by the pics his disposition is incredible. He just wants to play with my other dogs even though his head is as big as our schnauzer.
