Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.
Sara is an older female who was adopted from Big Sky Rottweiler Rescue 5 years ago. Now, due to a divorce, she has returned to us and is in need of a loving family to spend the rest of her days with.
Sara adores people of all shapes and sizes, is housebroken, crate trained, up to date on her vaccinations and knows basic obedience commands. She is a sensitive soul whose greatest wish is to be able to be as close to you as possible. She has a dominant female personality and isn't fond of young exhuberant dogs, but does fine with older, non-dominant males and females. Although she may need verbal a reminder that she has to share 'her person' with them once in a while. She has lived with a cat and been around horses with no issues also.
She is a smaller, compact Rottweiler with beautiful markings and a docked tail. She also snorts at times and can't stand it if you are upset with her.
