Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Miss Macy is a super sweet smaller girl. She is very eager to loved and be loved. She is gentle, listens well, knows, basic obedience and loves to please Macy does well with most large male dogs. She would most likely be good with children, and due to her smaller size would be easier to handle and not trigger a fear response with new poeple. Her sweet gentle disposiiont would soon win them over. On July 2014, one of our volunteers took Macy on a weekend outing Oh Macy is such a delight! I just loved having her with me over the 4th. She loves people. Not really good with other dogs meet and greet at this time. Takes treats very gentle. Loves to be petted and when you stop she gets under your arm for more. She did see a bunny on a walk and tried going for it. She never tried to chew, scratch anything or get in the garbage in the camper, Her house manners are really good! She went on a few boat rides, she tried eating the water hitting the boat, but she is not a swimmer.
When Macy met a kitty at close range recently, she called off after a quick smell. This is a very dog savy kitty, and he just showed no fear. Macy is definately fine with cats, as further interaction has shown. She is pack oriented, and once she figures that the kitties are part of her pack, she does well. This wonderful 4 year old sweet rottire girl deserves a home where she will be loved and cherished. Would you please consider her for you family?
