Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Hurray for the Captain!! He has an Adoption Pending!!
UPDATE: We did a "cat scan" on Captain Crunch and he is not good with cats and was very aggressive towards them so he cannot go to a home with cats and I would also say with other small animals. Captain Crunch has done great in foster care - he's learning manners and would do best in a home with owners that have previous rottweiler experience. He's not overly friendly with strangers but warms up quickly. Captain Crunch seems to pick and choose what dogs he likes. I think he would do best with a female dog and needs a proper introduction to all dogs. He would benefit from an alpha owner who would take him to training classes. He is a little food aggressive when eating but we are working on that. Note : Captain Crunch is a finalist in the "Gentlest Treat Taker" contest at his foster's home!!!!!
