It has been decided that I would do best in a home without any other dogs.  I want my human to myself and do not like to share. I also do not want to share with a cat.

Hi, I am Maxi.  I came to rescue with my sister Azul, brother Santos and Momma Kali.  We are finally being fed and it is wonderful.  In the first week, I have put on enough weight that my ribs and back bone don't stick out.  I still have some hips, but am working on getting those rounded out as well.

I am a sweet girl, like my brother, sister and Mom so it must run in the family.  My sister Azul says she is a good kisser, but I am a better one than her.  I also love people and cannot wait to get right in your lap and lean.  We rotties are famous for that you know!  I walk well on a lead, and already sit for my food.

I guess we are all dreaming of a home for Christmas and  family to share it with.  You won't regret taking me home, I even promise to help with the gift wrapping.
