1-22-13 I just had chest xrays and bloodwork done and the vet says I look great and all tests are normal.  He didn't even recognize me, I look so good now. He even said my toenails were shiny!

UPDATE:  What a difference 3 weeks has made in my life.  I went to the vet and he saw nothing wrong on my xrays.  My back has straightened out a lot since I am now free and not in a crate.  He says my cornea's look great but a have a little degeneration in my retinas.  I got a bath and feel like a new woman.  I am out interacting with the other dogs and really think with a good diet, I am seeing better. I can really get around now.  My foster parents will be getting some better pics of me soon so you can see how well I have done.

They think I am 5-6 years old and have already had 7 liters of pups.  That is all my prior owner could think about.  I had ear infections that went untreated so now I am deaf, I am hoping when I get spayed and they clean my ears good, I will have some hearing again.; I have some site impairment but it does not keep me from using the dog door, or running in my kennel or going for walks.  My foster Mom and Dad say I have a heart as big as the Moon.
When I came into rescue, I was so thin and weak I could hardly even walk.  In just a week, I feel so much better, I am putting on weight and I smile with happiness.   
I came here with 2 daughters, Azul and Maxi and a son Santos and they are now getting cared for also.  I would love a nice quiet home where I can live out my days with love.  An older brother for companionship would be OK.  My foster Mom loves to hold me and hug me and it truly gives me that warm and wanted feeling.  Is that asking too much?  I really am the sweetest girl, just ask everyone that has met me.  I am a people magnet wherever I go.
