Thunder is now is rescue and is gaining weight.  He is so happy to be where someone will love on him that that is all he can think about when you are around him and wants and needs to be loved on. 
Thunder is an owner surrender. Surrendered because “brother cannot keep him, can’t spend time with him”. Had him 2 years. Marked compatible with men, women, kids, dogs. Use to leashes and living outside. Fenced outside, kenneled @ night. Afraid of storms/loud noises. Knows sit, stay, laydown, come, no – “use ‘out’ for ‘no’” is written on the form. Marked protective, playful, nervous, hyper, urinate submissively. Slept in garage in crate. Likes Frisbee, walks, fetch. I saw him in the reception area last night with a lady who was looking at him. He was calm and quiet. I easily walked up to him and petted him. He is way underweight when compared to most Rotts so we will have to put some weight on him
