Roscoe is a sweet active submissive male. He get along well with dogs of both sexes.

He isn't destructive or noisy. He will bark to alert you of new things in his surrounding but not excessivly. He will be quiet when told to stop.

Roscoe is not food or toy aggressive. He loves to play with rope toys and Jolly Ball toys. If you tell him to "get the rope", he will go and find one and bring it to you. He will retrieve it if you throw it for him. Roscoe is very athletic and would make a great agility dog or fly ball dog with some training. This would also help him build confidence in himself.

Roscoe is crate trained and housebroke. He has a beautiful and unique tail carried curled over his back.

He has a wonderful personality, he just isn't sure about new things or people right away. If you give him time and let him warm up to you he is fine. He does not show aggression, just moves away from you.

He has lots of love just waiting for a home and a heart to fill. He is very attentive and wants to please.

Roscoe would do better in a home with older children or adults. Roscoe needs a home with someone willing to get him out in the world to experience more and take him through an obedience class or two. This would help him bond and build Roscoe's confidence. He is a little worried about the world around him right now, however, he is improving. He doesn't show aggression, he is just a little afraid and unsure about how he should react. More exposure to new situations will improve this.
