Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Great news, Trooper does not need entropian surgery. His eyes look real good, they have an occassional goop in them, but since he is no longer a stray running in the Texas sun, his eyes have recovered. His vet visit went great and the staff just loved his wonderful tempermant. He needs to gain about 5 more pounds, get neutered and have his rear dew claws removed and he is ready to go.
Trooper is a very sweet, gentle, loving boy. He gets along with dogs, not real fond of cats. He has been great with the shelter staff. He was great on transport, even the last leg with 5 other small dogs loose around him. We will determine if he truly needs entropian surgery or wheter because he came in as a stray to the shelter in Texas he didn't have something else going on. He will get neutered, then be ready for adoption. The pics below are what we got from the shelter, so we will get some new ones showing his beautiful eyes.
