Hello, my name is Cassandra. I have a approximately 11 year old rott, his
name is Marley. My children and I had to escape a abusive home life and we
are unable to care for Marley properly. He is a good boy but I don't even
have a house for my children at the moment and I need to do what's best
for Marley. My only Internet right now is off my phone so I will do my
best to include pictures of him. As I said he is about 11, he is amazing
around children , other dogs and cats. He gets along with
everyone/everything (he even tryed to make friends with a raccoon once).
He's had one toe amputated because of an infection, he currently has a
ripped pad on one toe that he won't leave alone that I am trying to take
care of. I don't think there is really anything wrong with him other than
his feet, his nails grow upward instead of down and his pads are very dry
and tear easily. Given my current situation I just can't give him the
attention and love he needs and deserves badly. He is our buddy and this
is very hard on us to do this, we are really hoping that you could be of
assistance in doing what's best for Marley. I can't find a attachment
button for pictures I might have to email pictures of him separately. Oh
he is fixed, potty trained and knows a few basic commands (sit, laydown,
shake). We got him when he was about 5or 6 and he was overweight, I'm not
sure what he weighs now but he's not overweight.
