Actually, I have 9 puppies (4 males and 5 females) I have three adopted out, leaving 6 left. They came in to me a little more than two weeks ago from Lodge Grass, at 6 weeks, 8 weeks now.

 

Their dad was a 110-120 lbs purebred Rottie, beautiful boy, maybe more. I'm not a good judge of weight. Very nice dog, too, came up to me and dropped his head in my hands. Mom looks like she might be part Rottie from the typical markings on her chest, muzzle and eyebrows, but she's part hound dog, too. She bays. Pretty typical. Very nice girl. 

 

To date, I've wormed them twice, given them parvo/distemper twice (as of yesterday) and given them Simparica as of last Friday, maybe Saturday. Days are getting to be a blur with the upkeep. They came in with what might have been mange, been treating by dabbing dip on the spots, recommended by the vet. I think 6 weeks was pretty young for dip. Also, the person that gave the pups to me did not dock their tails, which is actually fine with me.
