Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Caesar is now in rescue and he met the other dogs very well. He is a very large boy for almost 9 months old. He is very sweet, is not as comfortable with his foster Dad as he is his foster Mom, but that is usually the norm with new fosters. We have been told he can be territorial and protective of his yard. He appears to do better with yonger children than older children, but his size may be an issue with most.
Caesar was an owner surrender as he was not getting along with the family pitbull. Neither dog is really the aggressor, they just irritate each other. For the safety of the children in the home, they don't want to have a dog fight in the future. He is good with children. I have 2 grandchildren and my granddaughter will crawl all over him and hug him. (We do NOT recommend this and advise people this is harmful to the dog and may make them lash out someday) Caesar is still a puppy and is still in the chewing stages and has chewed a couple of couches.
