Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Bruno is not in foster care with Big Sky Rottweiler Rescue. This information comes from his current ownere and Bruno has NOT been evaluated by Big Sky.
If you are interested in adopting this handsome boy, he is located in Boise, ID and you will need to contact his current owner.
Bruno was adopted by us from a co-workers sister in CA, as I have lived with Rottweilers in the past. We were told he was good with other dogs, but he has lunged at our 13 yo German Shorthair. This could be due to her nervousness or her age. He does fine having run of the house and is very well trained and listens. He is very friendly around adults and you can touch his body without problems. He guards/hovers over food but - no growling or mouthing. He walks well on a lead, and knows sit and down. Bruno is an absolute love and loyal to his people. He would do best in a single dog home with no cats and with people who have more time to be home with him. I currently have my dog at a friends house and will not leave him alone with my cat. Bruno lunged at a lady working at the Home Depot today when we brought him in on a leash and live in a neighborhood with small children and am not wanting to take any chances. I truly believe he was scared and it was too soon when i took him out in public which caused his lunging behavior. I think the transition of losing his original owner really affected him and the travel from California to Boise. He was amazing by himself the first 2 days I had him.
