Balou (formerly known as Digby (the dog found in Yellowstone Park) Update: Well, I now know the exact type of family I need (and you can see by my picture just how much I like kids !). I’m looking for a less active family, because I won’t be able to do things like hiking, running or cross country skiing. It looks like I may have arthritis and will need some minor pain meds from time to time……….and I’ll need to be more of a couch potato ! Believe me, it hasn’t changed what a “perfect” dog I am and it won’t stop me from following you around the house and going for rides in the car with you either. We can still enjoy life together, just as long as you like to be a couch potato too !

Wonderful, great, well mannered, fun, nice…………there’s no end to the positive comments you’ll hear about me ! I blush every time my foster mom talks about me because she just goes on and on about how wonderful I am. That’s not a bad thing, I know, but it’s just overwhelming for a modest guy like me.

Now that you know all that, you’ll probably want to meet me right away. I love people, kids, other dogs………..so bring the whole family and let’s get to know each other. I promise you, if you meet me, you won’t want to go home without me !!
