Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Bruiser was confiscated from a Meth house when his owner went to Jail. While on hold at the animal shelter he was attacked by another dog housed there almost mortally wounded. After weeks of tubes draining with 5 hot pack treatments a day, the tubes are pulled and he is on the mend. He lost a canine tooth in the fight. In spite of all this he has a wonderful dispostion, loves kids and other dogs. He only weighed 71 pounds and he should be about 90 pounds. He is gaining weight and his wounds are healing with stitches coming out the 19th. He needed dental work and had 3 rotten teeth pulled. He also has a neurological problem on one side of his face and it droops a little. We are thinking this is a result of his life in a Meth house.
