Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

Diesel is a large and friendly boy who gets along very well with dogs of all sizes. He is a bit too interested in cats and poultry however, and training would be necessary to allow co- existence . He takes treats very gently, and will sit/stay at feeding time until released. Someone spent time with this nice boy in his training. He is a fast learner, eager to please, and self-confident. GREAT NEWS - DIESEL HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING ---- He was turned into the shelter as a stray but his foster mom believes he had a home at some point as he has had basic obedience training, is neutered, and could stand to lose about 5 lbs. He is between 2.5 and 3 years old and has no health issues. He is very toy/ball oriented so training should be easy.
