Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.
Daisy is good with our male yellow lab, although gets tired of his high energy after a bit, when we got her she was possessive over food so we feed the dogs separate. She is pretty lazy and loves to cuddle and lay around but loves toys and walks. We have never seen any bad temperament out of her. She came to us as an outside dog although she just likes to be where everyone else is which is usually inside. The girl we got her from said she was abused so if you stomp, yell or raise your hand you can clearly tell, but she's just a great dog for someone who would have a little more time/ money to invest in her. Daisy thinks she's a lap dog and loves to cuddle and be pet, she will get on the furniture if you allow her. She loves toys especially squeaky ones, but needs to be taught to play fetch. She's never been around small dogs, livestock, or cats, and not sure about other female dogs. I'm sure she doesn't like cats as there are many around our neighborhood and when they come near the fence she growls, barks and jumps at the fence Rarely around children, great with adults, any gender. kind of over bearing around smaller children becase of her size She has mild grass and severe weed allergies very allergic to beef and milk, some other allergies as well so needs allergy shots.
