Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.
To all you four legged friends out there, let me tell you a few secrets you are going to need to know in order to enjoy the good life with your humans. First of all, you’ll need to let them believe that they are the top dog in the house – this is critical – so you must obey the rules and pay attention to them when they speak !
What does this get us? Well, my friends…….if you like treats, playing with awesome toys, cuddling, more treats, kisses and pets and wonderful belly rubs…….those are just a few of the rewards that you’ll receive for doing such easy things as being super sweet to children and adults alike, giving slobbery kisses to little girls at Petco, sitting pretty when asked, going for walks and not barking at the neighborhood dogs and always using your best manners. By doing these very simple things, you’ll have your humans trained in no time and be enjoying the good life for years to come !!
I have just finished training my foster mom and dad (my Rotten Angels), and I know it’s time for me to move on. My previous home took me in from a shelter, but they had three dogs already and two of them were males…….one didn’t like me, and quite frankly, I’m no “Dog Whisperer”, so because we couldn’t get along, I was chosen as the one who had to go. My Rotten Angels would tell you that I’m super sweet and should get along great with a female dog though.
My ideal home is with another female, forget the dudes for me! I'm not aggressive with other male dogs unless they want to get in my face.
