Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

I have renamed Swan--Dawn, it is more approriate and Swan was a made up name at the shelter as she was a stray. Dawn is a boredom chewer so will need to be watched in any home until she gets her routine. Swan is a very sweet little girl that just buries her head in your arms to be loved on. She is quite submissive and if you raise your voice, rolls over on her back and plays dead. I would guess she has had some abuse in her young life. She came with kennel cough, so once that is over, she will get her last 5 way booster and she will be ready for her new furever home. She will need someone that is calm and quiet with her.
