Many of our Eskies come to us with health problems such as heartworms. This is expensive to pay for so we need help. We fully vet all our babies before sending them to their new forever homes and our adoption fee doesn't cover the expenses. You can sponsor an Eskie easily. You can make a one-time donation or you can become a monthly donor. It's up to you…no amount is too small.

Occasionally we have a dog with mange or scabies. This treatment costs roughly $30.00 per dog. Right now we have two dogs undergoing treatment for this, Felicity and Carrie. We use a combination of an anti-fungal shampoo and Revolution.
We also purchase specialized training equipment for some dogs…the prices for this range from $15.00 for a head harness to $60.00 for a training course.
You can sponsor a needy Eskie for as little as $10.00 per month. Or….a one-time donation is also welcome!!
Pulling" animals from a high kill shelter and transporting them up to NJ gets expensive. Consider donating towards this need. By helping sponsor transport fees, we can help more animals come to us and to safety instead of being put to sleep. This goes for puppies as well as dogs. They are put to sleep in over crowded shelters. We need your help to save their lives. If you can't have a pet, or you are already at your limit consider making a donation and help save a life. You can specify "sponsor transport" in the memo field. We in turn will send you a note with a picture of the dog or puppy you sponsored.
AS YOU KNOW, IF A BOXER ISN'T ADOPTED, HE OR SHE STAYS WITH BOXAR FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE! OF COURSE, MOST GO TO HOMES OF THEIR OWN AND MANY GO QUICKLY. BUT WE ALSO HAVE THOSE WITH MEDICAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS HEARTWORMS AND THEY STAY WITH US FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR TREATMENTS. BESIDES INCURRING VERY LARGE VET BILLS, WE STILL HAVE TO PAY BOARDING ON THESE GUYS WHILE THEY UNDERGO THEIR TREATMENTS.
